Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and any hygiene seals intact. The item must also be in its original packaging.
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
Items marked as "Final Sale"
Gift cards
Sports bras, swimwear, or any items with a hygiene liner, if the seal is broken or removed.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@dewactive.com.au. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package.
Returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 4050, Langwarrin VIC 3910
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include providing a prepaid return label.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and inspected, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
