Thank you for shopping with DEW. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery (Australia) We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
We offer flat-rate shipping, which will be displayed at checkout.
Standard Tracked Post: 3–7 business days
Express Tracked Post: 1–3 business days
3. Tracking Your Order All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Delays While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather events, customs delays, or peak periods). DEW is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
5. Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@dewactive.com.au. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
